Are Mumulush products truly one of a kind?
Yes! Because each crystal has its own natural form and every Mumu is sculpted by hand, we never repeat the exact same piece. Once a Mumu is sold, it’s gone forever.
Why do natural crystals have small imperfections?
Natural crystals may have tiny inclusions, textures, or slight color variations. These are formed over millions of years in nature and are part of their charm. They do not affect the beauty or energy of your Mumu — in fact, they make it more special.
Can I return a piece if I don’t like its natural look?
Due to the uniqueness of each handmade piece and the natural features of crystals, we do not accept returns for these characteristics. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
