At Mumulush, every crystal Mumu figurine is handmade to order — this means each piece is lovingly crafted, polished, and packaged just for you. Our shipping policy reflects the extra care and time we put into creating your one-of-a-kind treasure.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Handmade Production Time: Please allow 7–15 business days for production, which includes handcrafting, quality inspection, and secure packaging (this does not include shipping time).

  • Custom designs or larger crystal pieces may require additional time to ensure safe delivery.

  • During peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing time may be extended.

  • For any urgent requests, please contact our customer service at official@mumulush.com before placing your order.

Shipping Time

  • Once your Mumu is completed, our logistics handling time is 2–3 business days before dispatch.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • If there is a delay due to material shortages or other special circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping for orders over $69 USD

  • $6.99 USD flat fee for orders under $69 USD

Expedited Shipping

  • $35 USD for expedited delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 9–15 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment

International Orders

  • Delivery may take up to 6 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
